Understanding Fees & Insurance
Session Fees
$180 / 50 minutes
Insurance Accepted
Many insurance plans offer coverage for psychotherapy services. After your session, you will receive a receipt by email, which you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement, if applicable. We recommend that you contact your insurance company directly to confirm whether they cover services provided by Registered Psychotherapists.
Cancellation Policy
I understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please try to give at least 24 hours’ notice. For changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice, a fee of 50% of the session cost will apply.

Psychotherapy, or talk therapy, is a collaborative process that helps individuals explore thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to better understand themselves and develop healthier coping strategies. It can support people through challenges like anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions.

Your first session is typically an intake or consultation. We’ll talk about your goals, background, and what brings you to therapy. It's also a chance for you to ask questions and get a feel for how I work, so we can decide if we're a good fit.

Sessions are usually 50 minutes in length, unless otherwise discussed.

Yes! I offer virtual therapy sessions through a secure, confidential platform. This allows flexibility and accessibility for clients across Ontario.

Many extended health insurance plans do cover services provided by a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). After each session, you’ll receive a receipt you can submit to your insurance provider. It’s best to check with your insurer to confirm your coverage.

Payment is made via e-transfer or credit card after each session. You will receive a receipt via email for your records or insurance reimbursement.

I work with children, teens, and adults. My approach is tailored to meet each client where they’re at developmentally and emotionally.

I use a variety of approaches depending on your needs, including play-based therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based techniques, and narrative therapy. My work is also grounded in cultural sensitivity, especially when supporting immigrants and children of immigrants.

I offer therapy in English, Punjabi, and Hindi, so you or your child can speak in the language that feels most comfortable.
