Hi, I’m Payal

I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP) and a Bachelor of Arts in Health and Society. I also have a background as a Child and Youth Worker, which has shaped my passion for supporting adults, children, teens, and families.

I’ve had the privilege of working in a variety of settings—including school boards, hospitals, and community-based treatment centers—supporting individuals through a wide range of emotional and mental health challenges.

As the child of immigrants, I have a deep passion for working with immigrant individuals and families, especially children of immigrants. I bring both clinical knowledge and lived experience into the therapy room, and I strive to create a space where clients feel safe, seen, and supported—just as they are.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. I believe in meeting you where you’re at and building a strong therapeutic relationship that supports your goals and growth.

If you’re thinking about starting therapy, I’d love to connect. Let’s book a free consultation and see if we’re a good fit!
